What date the Resort Christmas Trees and Gingerbread Houses go up?

Planning a trip for November and would love to see the Trees and Gingerbread houses.

Does anyone know the date the decorations went up at the Resorts this year?

They have a lottery for all the Deluxes to determine the order of when they are decorated. They do not announce when this happens or the results. So you can't go by past years dates. However, they will all be 100% decorated by the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend.

Beach Club - November 18th
Yacht Club - November 19th
Wilderness Lodge - November 20th
Grand Floridian - November 21st
Animal Kingdom Lodge - November 23rd
Boardwalk Inn - November 24th
Polynesian - November 24th
Contemporary - I don't know

However, just so you know the order and the start date will not be the same next year.

When we were there in Nov. 2016, they had the Gingerbread creations up already at GF and CR:

CR Taken 11/17/2016


The GF Lobby Christmas tree was not up while we were there (11/13-11/17) and I cannot remember if CR had their tree up yet. The parks were nicely decorated for Christmas, though.
