Did The Perfect Gift do things in WDW resorts? I thought it was just for DCL (and other cruise lines) since they are located on Cocoa Beach.

Yes, it's Gifts of a Lifetime I've used them, and I can tell you that if you do, you won't be disappointed. I had our room decorated for Halloween one year as a surprise, and they went above and beyond with the decorations and snacks. A++++ would highly recommend!
