Does Calgary have a composting program?Really? I'm with @bcwife76 in that I've never even seen one and in 16 years, my company has never put a single one in a new build.
OK, a garburator, not a trash compactor. YES!! Love garburators and I've not been without one forever either but they are surprisingly not a very common feature customers are choosing these days.
Probably. Our condo has private garbage pick-up, not part of the municipal system. I personally wouldn't compost anyway; thanks to my trusty garburator!
Apparently we were saying the same thing, just calling it different things. LOL Ok then yes I've not only seen those, we currently have one.
I'm in Surrey and we've had a composting program (organics bin) since around 2013. While I do use my garburator I use the organics bin more because we can put things like paper towels and pizza boxes in ours. My garburator doesn't do too well with pizza boxes ;-)
