What colour of MagicBand will you/did you choose?

I wanted pink but so did my DD so like the nice mother I am I let her have it. Lol. I chose green & DH chose blue. I just hope it's a nice green. I really wanted purple.

We all (me, DH and DS5) got red. DH had no preference and not knowing for sure we'd get the customized bands (our trip was in August and it was never certain in my mind we wouldn't just get the grey) and I didn't want to risk DS being disappointed, so I picked the same colour for all 3 of us. We all like red, it reminded me most of Mickey and we're Canadian, so it seemed a good fit.

I wanted us all to have different colors so we can easily pick ours out in the room- hopefully from the neat pile they are stacked . DD chose green, DS chose orange, so I got pink and got DH blue.

We're a family of 6, so I picked a different color for each of us:

Me - green (my eye color)
DH - orange (DH dreams of a burnt orange car)
ODS (7) - blue (choice for all good jedi)
ODD (6) - pink (total princess)
YDS (2) - red (high energy little guy)
YDD (1) - yellow (little bit of sunshine)

I wished there was purple, I would have gotten purple. BUT there isn't so me and DH went with these:
Me = Blue
DH = Grey (boring!)

Do you get a new MagicBand for each trip? I thought you were supposed to keep them to reuse on multiple trips.

Right now, they are shipping a Magic Band for each separate reservation.

I actually have a 3 way split stay so 3 reservations, but I can't see the other two on the site.

Why can't you both have pink??? LOL That's what we did. My DD and I both have pink and my DS and DH both have blue. We're boring, what can I say. At least my parents chose green and red.

Our choices:
Me: Pink - Breast Cancer Survivor (this is our 1st Cancer Free Trip! WOO! HOO!)
DH: Grey - joining the list of apparently MANY that would like purple as a choice. Are we all LSU fans? (Geaux Tigers!)
DS14: Green - its the color of soccer fields, baseball fields, football fields - yes, he's a sports kinda guy.
DD23: Red - to be different
DS26: Blue - because that is what I chose for him!

So much fun!!

I also really wanted PURPLE! That's the color I chose for my cast 2 years ago. If my orthopedic surgeon's office carries purple why can't WDW?

So I chose blue (for now, I may change it before my deadline in October)

I selected red for our grandson. We'll see him on Sunday and I'll show him all of his choices. If he wants a different color I'll change his order. And if he want's blue I'll change my color to green or yellow.

DH selected grey, there was no use trying to get him to choose something more colorful.

We are surprising the kids with the trip so I couldn't ask them what color they wanted, but I picked each of their favorite colors - DD has always been a pink girl, but lately she has fallen in love with neon green, so she gets gren for this trip! DH would have picked blue, but DS7's absolute fave color is blue, and DH wanted us to each have a different color, so he chose red.

Making a well educated guess, I'll get red, dh will go with gray, and my 3 boys will do blue, green, and yellow or orange. But odds are I'll have them all on a clip in my purse.

Edited- my 3 year old wants the gray one. Lol Go figure. Sure he'll pick a different color when we order next year.

I wanted green, but we let the kids choose first and I wanted us all to have different colors so...

In the order that they decided:
DS(2) - green (he saw the option screamed green and pointed it out, verydefinitive
DS(5) - blue (first he wanted pink, his current favorite color, but I told him he has to live with it for life so he went with safer blue)
DD(7) - pink
DH - orange (my second choice)
Me - red (which looks like a very pretty red to me, so I am happy)

FIL still needs to decide. He is in a different room then us so I don't care if he picks a repeat color.
