What charactor is this/from which production? (on original celluloid)

I found this celluloid in my parents things. We may sell it for my mother if it's worth selling. We don't know which character this bear is, or from which production. Additionally, we have no idea how to assess a market value to it - on eBay the prices really range a lot! Thank you so much for your wisdom!!! I am not certain how to attach an image of this bear/celluloid...

No one is going to be able to help you without being able to see the image of the bear. There are just to many bears within Disney's list of characters.

In order to post a picture, you have to get your post count to 10 and then read the instructions on the Tech Board.

Thank you. I will try and figure out how to get my post count to ten so I can add the image. In the meantime I'm open to other suggestions to get my photo out there to those that could identify it.
