What carbonated soda drink is allowed on Atkins?

This is my second day, I feel a little better than yesterday, but not much. I still have the headache and a great craving for chips, cereal and fruit.

What soda is made from sucrolose?

I though diet Dr. Pepper was, but I was mistaken.

The only one I know of is Diet Rite, but I'm trying to stay away from that until I've been off from induction for awhile.

The only soda I can drink is Diet Caffiene Free Dr. Pepper. Any other diet gives me migraines. I know I read in the book that the artificail sweetners used in soda can slow down weight loss. I'm in Induction but allow myself a small glass of Dr. Pepper a day. I can't handle just water.

I wish I could help you out, but I only drink water on Atkins myself! I do think Diet Rite is fine and also if I remember correctly, I think Nativetxn's DH drinks Diet Dr Pepper...

Diet RC is also made from splenda

Waist Watcher's sodas are also sweetened with Splenda. As well Diet Rite

Diet RC has Splenda & caffeine. This is my drink of choice now, but I still drink diet coke when I'm out and Diet RC isn't available.

Diet Rite has Splenda & no caffeine

Diet Hansen's has Splenda, I don't remember about the caffeine but be careful the sugar variety looks very similar to the Sucralose variety.

Fruit2o water is sweetened with Splenda, but was expensive at Walmart. I'm thinking of getting some fruit flavored DaVinci syrup and making my own flavored water.

Chrystal light pre-mixed drinks are sweetened with Splenda, but the powdered are not.
