We have read some reviews about this beer and want to try it. I know where to find it but, can you tell me how much it is? What kind of beer is it? How is it served? Do you like it? I know lots of questions, but I am finalizing my plans nad want to give my husband all the info I can about it. Thanks~KPmom:crazy:

Ringnes is found in Norway in Epcot and is among my favorites, right up there with Tennants and Stella Atrios, both featured in the Rose & Crown in England. Ringnes is not a dark beer, but it has a full-bodied Pilsner taste, at least to my pallette. Purchased outside Norway, it's about $7.00 for a healthy 24 oz cup, a bit more for the 32 oz. The 'small' serving suits me just fine.

KPmom,

It's served 'American Style', cold. Even in the R&C the British beers aren't warm like I've read they are. In fact, every Epcot brew I've had came cold, and I never gave them the chance to warm up!

I agree with Bill--the taste is refreshingly, full-bodied Pilsner.
It does seem quite hard to find anywhere else in the U.S.--

Did you know that the Ringnes brewery is now owned by a DENMARK brewery?? Carlsberg acquired the whole operation--

I Love Ringnes! It's how we kick off a WDW vacation & I'd give just about anything toget it here at home. I tried to have it special ordered from a store with the biggest beer section I've ever seen & they checked & told me that it can't be orderes here in the US.....:(

Oh well....More trips to WDW!
