What can you charge to your Disney hotel room?

Specifically can you charge Napa Rose Chef’s counter to a Disneyland hotel room?

Can you just pay for Napa Rose with a Disney gift card?

What about mobile orders for food in the park? Can you use Disney gift cards for that or charge to hotel? Table service restaurants?

You can use a gift card for mobile orders, but you can't store the GC on your app. You need to re-enter the GC every time you mobile order.

You can use a gift card at any retail location, restaurant or food cart in either theme park. I have my GC stored in my Google Wallet so it is not a physical card. I have not been able to use it at the lockers or at 3rd party carts that they have in DCA during the festivals.

In DTD, you can use a gift card at any Disney owned retail location - WOD, Marceline's, Wonderground, Disney Home, The Dress Shop, Disney's Pin Traders and the Star Wars Trading Post.

Sweet! I assume if you have like $180 on the gift card and your dinner check at Napa Rose is $200 I can just hand them the gift card and my credit card and tell them to apply whatever is left on the gift card first?

Yes, absolutely. I often have some money left on one GC and then need to use another GC for the balance.

I do. Actually about to buy another $2500 worth since my grocery store is offer 4x loyalty points (saved me $120 on groceries last time!) and my credit card offers 4x points…

Getting to the point that tickets and hotel is mostly paid for and it’s meals now… but I’m doing chefs counter 3x so that’s $600 right there, lol

I will note, the check out lady looked at me like I was a crazy person when I said $2500 in Disney gift cards… clearly she isn’t aware how stupid expensive DLH or GC is, lol

Thanks, I was wondering how one paid for Lightning Lanes. I thought maybe you had to add a credit card to your Disney account. Probably that would work, too?

Ok, I checked our final bill. I was wrong. The charges for Lightning Lane went to the credit card on file for the reservation NOT to the room.
