What can we expect the hours of operations to be in Oct for DTD and Hotel Restaurants

Are the DTD restaurants/stores and hotel restaurants open later than the parks? I'm concerned that we will be bored at night after the parks close since they close so early in October.

I don't know how late the restaurants and stores are open in DTD but they are definitely open after the parks close -- that way they catch all the people leaving the park and heading back thru DTD. However, they stores/restaurants don't necessarily open BEFORE the park. I think La Brea doesn't even open until 9am which is pretty late if you just wanted to get a quick cup of coffee before heading into DL.
