what can i get for a counter service credit breakfast at MK bakery or sunshine season

at MK bakery could I get a beverage (coffee) an egg sandwich type thing and then a side (fruit, muffin, etc?)

what about sunsihine seasons.... what do they seem to allow for a counter service credit at breakfast.
