What Can I Do For Dd's Birthday??

What options do I have as far as having something in the room for DD's 7th birthday when we arrive at WDW on the 21st?

Her actual Bday is the 23rd and we'll be at Discovery Cove that entire day , but I wanted something in the room for her when we return to it either that day or the day we arrive.

Any suggestions???

Too funny, we are also ariving on the 21st and our dd's 9th birthday is the 23rd. The trip is a suprise to the dd and ds. We have an ADR at Cindy's Castle in the AM of her birthday. In the afternoon the BWI IPO office was able to arange for a birthday cake to be delivered to our room.

When we get to the MK in the morning we will stop by the office and pick up a birthday pin for our dd to wear all day.

You don't mention your resort, but when we went to Wilderness Lodge for DDs 8th b-day last year, I asked at check-in if we could have a cake delivered to the room on DD's big day. We came back from Epcot just after lunch to discover a delicious chocolate cake, along with WL helium balloons, a signed card from Cinderella, and (DD's most favorite) a WL birthday card signed by the front desk staff. The cake and plates were even arranged into a "hidden Mickey" on the tray.

On our way to MK later that day, DD went up to the front desk CM who had checked us in (I had told DD who had helped me with the cake) and thanked her for the special birthday surprise. For the rest of the trip, DD had to go say hello to Serita (CM) everytime we walked through the lobby.

Here's some info:

There is a new "Cake Hotline"for guests who want to request to
have a special, personalized cake for various celebrations at
most table service dining locations. The Cake Hotline number is
407-827-2253 and requires 48 hours notice. Guests may also
request a 6-inch cake (non-personalized) upon arrival at the
podium of restaurant for $12.50 + tax (no advance notice
required).

You could call the hotel and ask if what they could do to get a signed copy of your DD's favorite character. They make no guarantee. Be sure to get her buttons from all the parks (MK and MGM have the same one) even if you won't be in the parks on her actual bday. She can always use them the following year or give them to her friends on their bdays. DTD has one too.

We are also arriving on the 21st and DDs 6th birthday is the 25th. We are staying at the Wilderness Lodge. We have lunch reservations at CRT with a cake coming there for the birthday, but I would love to have some ballons or something waiting for her when we come back. Is there anyway to do that?

OMG - My dd's actual Bday is the 23rd!! We're having breakfast at Cindy's Castle on the 24th since we're swimming with the dolphins on her bday. What a small world!!! Here's a BIG HAPPY BIRTHDAY to your little girl!!!
