What can concierge book for non-concierge sailing companions?

Sailing concierge (hopefully) for the first time as a splurge for DH’s 40th.

We send “the letter” tonight requesting activities so curious if the concierge team can book certain activities for our friends who are non-concierge to do with us? Hoping someone has experience trying this otherwise I’llrequest it and hope for the best.


- Can they book us together at a table in the MDR?

- Can they book Palo brunch for them with us?

- Can they be included on our Cabana reservation?

- Can they be booked with us for tastings?

Yes, as long as it a "shared activity" (i.e., one of the concierge people is included in the party) then they can book for you. All of those things you described would qualify.

Since concierge books earlier that regular guests (at least not plat) if they book can they add travel companions at a later time? How does that work--note: if travel companions have not paid in full at time of concierge booking)? Can they be added later to a booking?

Yes, as long as it a "shared activity" (i.e., one of the concierge people is included in the party) then they can book for you. All of those things you described would qualify.

Concierge can book early for the other guests.
