What Cakes Can Be Delivered To The Concourse Steakhouse?

Hubby and myself will be celebrating our first Wedding Anniversary our first night of our Thanksgiving Week vacation. I would love to surprise hubby with a special cake that night at the restaurant while at dinner. Does anyone have any idea what cakes will be offered there? I would love to have the castle cake, since we will not be able to have our own wedding cake top with us. But I am not sure if I can. I have emailed this info to the suggested email address of the official cake thread to, but have gotten no response whatsoever.

Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. I really want to make this trip special for him.
