What attractions would you like to see in Disney Parks?

I was thinking about movies that they leave out of Disney Park attractions, or things they should add into existing ones. I was thinking of some things that I think would be really cool if there were extra space and funds available.

- They should have a little pet store with a big window in the front where they have little puppies or kittens in the window and name the store after lady and the tramp, the aristocats, or Oliver and Company and there they sell disney items for pets such as tinker bell or peter pan costumes, dishes, disney brushes, never nip cat nip or something like that.

- As I was listening to the Snow White song "Heigh Ho" Last night I thought it would be fun to have a dark ride where you travel through the mines of the dwarfs as the song "Heigh Ho" was playing

- They should have a wood area "Sharewood forest" where you can take a little train ride or something and see the story of Robin Hood. Maybe have some of the animated characters from the animated disney movie.

- Even a wood area with the snow white cottage you can go in and explore.

A Cars Roller Coaster... it goes VROOOOOOOOOOOM! around a track...

i dont know why or have any reason for this cool idea i had but i think a really cool idea would be a roller coaster that is bases on the doors scene in monster's inc when they are trying to find boo's door..i think it would be really fun and when i saw the movie that was the first thing that popped into my mind

If Disney goes ahead and builds the proposed Carland attraction at DCA, I'll be HAPPY HAPPY, and my boys will be SUPER-DE-DUPER-THRILLED!!:yay:

And I think a great coaster or 3-D simulator type ride (like the Spiderman ride at IOA) themed to The Incredibles would be COMPLETELY AWESOME!:thumbsup2

In WDW there is a Snow White's Scary Adventure ride that has a section with the mines and the song Heigh Ho is playing. It is not the entire ride, but a piece of it. Also, at WDW we have seen the Robin Hood and Prince John characters a few times, but sadly as you said there is no attraction. What I would like to see (and I am not sure how this works), but on the Disney Channel the Harry Potter movies are sometimes shown. I don't know if this means Disney received special permission or something, but anyway I would love to see a Harry Potter attraction at any park. Perhaps Disney could work out a deal like they have with Star Wars. Could you imagine the Hogwarts Castle or some of the characters walking around the park (like Hagrid). Or even a wizard academy like the Jedi Training one.

Just my two cents.

I would like to see something, anything, that is based on The Lion King.

If they brought Harry Potter to Disney I would never leave and im serious! Harry Potter is the one passion I have next to Disney :wizard:

You and me both. I am in love with all things Hogwarts. I have seen the first four movies 100 times each and am counting down to July when the fifth movie will be released. My 5 year old DS is just as bad as I am. We would have to move to either CA of FL then so we could go all the time. I found an article online that said Disney has been trying to do this, but has gotten denied. Here is a link to the article

Harry Potter would be AWESOME, but one ride just wouldn't do it for me. There's too many great scenes that a ride could be based around. I'd want an entire themepark based on Harry Potter! That would make a great third gate here at DL, or a great 5th gate at WDW!

(I can't imagine it ever happening though.....at least not over here on this side of the pond. But if it was to be, we'd GO GO GO there!)

I would like to see an actual Sleeping Beauty ride since they got rid of the walk through thing in the castle or maybe even move the walkthrough somewhere else... i always liked doing the walkthrough... princess:

I would hate to see Harry Potter at a disney park. To me, it just wouldn't fit in with disney. I don't know why, I like Harry Potter, but just not as a disney character. I would love to see a sleeping beauty attraction though, along with a little mermaid and a beauty and the beast attraction. I don't know whether they'd be dark rides or walkthroughs or something, but I'd love to see them in the parks. If I have any more ideas I'll post here.

Actually Yeah I do have to agree. I LOVE Harry Potter but having him in the park wouldnt be right, way too clashy. They should have a theme park dedicated to him or something. haha.

Nothing would thrill me more than a dark ride based on Narnia!

ps - I also love Harry Potter and would like to see a theme park based on that but seperate from regular Disney.

Anything like Indy or Pirates, i love how its all underground and themed. you feel like you're in a whole other world when your on those attractions

I would love to see them bring Mickeys Philharmagic to DL. Its such a wonderful attraction. A real family favorite. I would love to see Harry Potter at Disney. Disney has to reach out for the older kids with darker rides and more thrill rides or older kids will turn to dare I speak its name .....Universal. Harry Potter is also a big obsession for me.

I would love to see an Alladin ride at DCA. I think a Cave of Wonders themed ride would be really cool. I really like the show, but a ride would be great as well.

The one thing I couldn't believe they didn't have was more items based on the villains! My son was so dissapointed as was I as we are huge villain fans. They used to have a store near the entrance of Cinderella's castle but it closed. We talked to many of the shopkeepers and said the only places avaliable was the large Disney Store and the store with all the Jack Skellington stuff (which we didn't care for). Why are the villains so downplayed except for Halloween week? I think the boys would really love anything that had the villains involved and not all of us care for foofoo Princesses!!!!!!!!!!!! WE WANT VILLAINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me too! I thought the exact same thing when MI came out! :)

I would love for them to have PhilharMagic and the mermaid show from Magic kingdom brought here. BRING BACK PEOPLE MOVER!!! That was wonderful on busy days.

I have always thought a cheesy tunnel of love boat ride would be perfect in DCA on the boardwalk. I like the idea of a Cars roller coaster

And my husband thinks I am nuts, but the Carosel of Progress.

On that note..."It's a great big beautiful tomorrow...."
