What are your top 3 favorite Disneyland rides?

I count the Disneyland Railroad among my favorites now with the latest revision.

I love Pirates and HM, and might even argue that DL's Pirates is the greatest attraction ever built, but if I am being honest Indy is my favorite ride at any Disney park. Probably because I loved the movies so much (well the first 3) that feeling like I am inside one just adds that extra little bit of excitement.

At Disneyland only: Pirates, HM, and Indy were my votes. Pirates a tDL is definitely the best version, though I actually like HM better at WDW, so the DL version is not at the top for me. Indy is great in general.

Closely following would be Space Mountain, though I'm one of those rare people who prefers the WDW version, especially if there's an overlay, which I never care for.

as an Alphabet Book heritage visitor i ride Snow White three times in a row now, first because it is possible, second it reminds of the simple 60s visits and third, I believe in my heart that the Darling Bedroom and Dwarf cottage is how Walt envisioned every attraction to look from start to ending but stakeholders prevented him from taking the time and folks to create the elements that now make wonderful the bedroom and kitchen. That Kitchen is the best 10 feet at Disneyland!!!

What have I been missing focusing on all the e-ticket attractions?

I tend to focus on e ticket rides too and I've found I need to start branching out on the lesser ridden rides. Found the Canal boats about 3 years ago. Another little gem is the Mermaid ride in DCA. I rode that for the 1st time last October and it will be a definitely need to ride on my next trip.

I would vote for JC as it's one of my favorites, but since it's DL only, I wouldn't put it above some of the others. The WDW version is better, though even at MK, I don't know if it's top 3, but maybe number 4.

Adventureland.
I go through the attractions there first thing.
To me, it's the most spectacular and immersive area of the parks.

It's a Small World wasn't on there, so I'll just add that to my top 3 and make it 4. So, in no particular order...

1. Pirates
2. Matterhorn
3. Star Tours
4. It's a Small World
