Not sure about the children's menu, but here was our experience ( 4 adult women )
We did lunch one afternoon at Fulton's and the food was very good. Our choices ranged from salads to sandwiches and steaks. Everyone enjoyed it very much.
Now the service on the other hand was a whole different experience. Our service was either not on her game that day or just didn't care.
As in many resturants nowadays, if you want water you have to order it, which we totally agree with. Why waste it just so it looks pretty on the table. Our problem was 2 of the girls order water and it never came. We reminded her when we order the appetizer. Appetizer came, still no water. She also did not bring plates with the appetizer so we asked one of the other waiters passing by to bring us some. He did. He also brought us the water.
About 20 minutes has gone by and no one has taken our meal order or check back to see if we were ready to order yet. Soooo, called over same waiter that brought us the water and asked him to send her over to take our order.
She came back and took our order. One of the girls order sour cream for her baked potato. The food came in a timely manner, but sans sour cream. We reminded her of the extra and she commented that she would have to go all the way back to the kitchen to get it
We decided to order wine, which she was not familiar with so she sent over the waiter that had been helping us on and off.
Soooo, at the end of the meal we tipped her low enough not to be insulting, but to get the point across and then tipped the waiter who had assisted us so much.
