DS (9) made out his list the other day and he really isn't asking for all too much, which surpised me. He wants a couple of video games, Lego's, a microscope, books and Yu-Gi-Oh cards, but that is pretty much it. Oh, he is asking for a dog, but that won't be happening until he becomes more responsible.

So what are your kids asking for this year?

My DS is 8 and is asking for the exact same things as your son, except the dog since we already have one. The only other thing on his list is the new Star Wars DVD.

Lisa

My daughter is on an American Girl kick. I just bought a Samantha doll for her off of Ebay.

My son says he either wants an Ipod, digital camera, or Xbox Games.

OTher things are DVDs.

We will have to see.

DS is 3 and so far he has asked for a red and a blue power ranger and a Krypto the Superdog toy. Lucky for him Santa already knew he might like them and put them aside with his name on them a few weeks ago! ;) I am looking into getting him a Leapster and other than that he is getting a few games and other toys like trucks and Geotrax pieces for his train set.

DD of course does not care but I think her big Santa gift is going to be a toy box and she will also be getting a few new toys like the Peek A Rounds Jungle and maybe a Laugh and Learning Home. :)

i dont have kids myself so i spoil my nieces and nephews, 2 of my nieces are bratz mad and want bratz lol, nephew wants the new star wras, my other three nieces want a suprise (now thats not giving me a clue lol)

My 4 year onld wants a doll house and my 5 year old a phone in her room, a Mickey Mouse computer, and a Mickey Mouse DVD player :earseek:

my 13 yo wants a cell phone. I wasnt going to buy it but I may add him on to my plan or get him a prepaid trac phone. He will just be warned to only use it to call home after school and not to BS with is friends on it lol. I also got him the Karate Kid Dvd set and a desk for his room. He is saving for his own pc and he should have enough to buy it by christmas. I will get him some blank Cd's or other accesories to go with it.

My 6yo wants a GameboySP so I am waiting to find a deal on that. I will also get her some princess items.

My 13 month old and 2 month old I am not sure yet.

we got our GS (12) a trac fone for xmas last yr. it has worked out great.

DS16, who finally gets his license in December, is asking for gas cards.

DS12 hasn't asked for anything yet

My kids are 17, 15 and 12, and so far, they've all expressed an interest in iPods. This is the first time in YEARS that we'll be home for Thanksgiving (rather than Orlando), and I'm thinking it might be a good start to a relaxing holiday season, and really keeping gift shopping down to a minimum, and that might be just about all they get. I've been trying to talk them into asking DH for new living room furniture and front loading washer and dryer. :)

the only thing my DD8 has mentioned is the Cinderella Special Edition DVD, which of course, Santa has already set aside for her ;) (along w/ the pin, lithos and plushes of course, hehe). other than that, she's getting 3 quantum pad books, an easy bake oven (5.24 on TRU.com!), The Incredibles DVD, an ariel pin, a kim possible sweatshirt and princess pj's, the game "perfection" and i think that's about it from us. santa will also bring a pack of new crayola twistables and a cinderella spinner pin to go in her stocking along with the plushes. i want to get her a couple of the easy bake mixes to play around with, but i'll wait til closer to christmas-hopefully they'll be fresh, lol-do they get old?

Avery asked for her own headphones. I have to buy them and Pooh's Heffalump Movie (for her stocking) and I am done shopping for her since I just ordered her Christmas Pj's.

Eli is getting an Exersaucer from Santa. And a toy from Mom and Dad and one from Avery. That's enough! LOL!

Dd, 12, really wants an IPod and a cellphone. If I could just figure out the whole Ipod thing it would be nice. Maybe her aunt and uncle can get that for her...they are so much more technologically with it than I!!!

DD 17 wants a Sims game, McFly Calendar and book tokens for her Uni books

DS 14 hasn't a clue, but theres time yet!

Luckily as they get older they seem to want less ;)

DS14 wants an ipod nano and is totally annoyed because I already bought one for myself. Other than that, I'm sure he has a multi-billion dollar list, but he hasn't shared it with me yet.

Aack! DS15 is getting older -- he only wants clothes and an Ipod for Christmas.

DD21 wants clothes and jewelry.

DD, 11 is being fairly practical for Christmas this year, although, the things she does want are fairly pricey. She plays flute in band, and she wants to start up trumpet lessons in addition to flute so she can be in jazz band next year in addition to regular band.

So - her X-mas list is: Trumpet (new or used), the basic trumpet band book, a gig bag for a trumpet, trumpet lessons, and some flute stuff. That's all that is on her list.

DD12 says she wants world peace and an end to world hunger.

She's my idealist, what can I say?

She's getting....

Oh, I can't tell you. She's reading over my shoulder.

She says, "Is that code for 'I don't know yet?'"

She's my smart child. What can I say?
