Lets list each park and 1 outside park. Using what it looks like or how it is once inside only. No food or Service criteria unless how servers are part of the atmosphere(like say Whispering Canyon).

MK Cinderella's Royal Table - for obvious reasons

DHS Sci-Fi Dine in theater- love it every time

AK- Flame Tree Barbecue--- not many choices but the smell of ribs makes it good

Epcot-- San Angel Inn -- lots of other good choices but something about eating in the "dark" with the ride and Temple in Background

Outside parks---Chef Mickey's -although wish food was a lot better.

I was also going to say Sci fi cafe and San Angel when I read the title!

I also liked the atmosphere at the Crystal Palace and the Grand Floridian Cafe, a I love the light bright airy ambience with the sun streaming in.

It's hard for me to seriously disagree with any of those choices!

Mine:

MK - Cinderella's Royal Table. Crystal Palace gets an honorable mention.

Epcot - San Angel Inn. The ambiance here often overcomes memories of disappointing food.

Studios - Hollywood Brown Derby, for its old Hollywood glamour. Either 50s Prime Time or Sci Fi Dine-In are good choices here also, would not argue with either.

Animal Kingdom - Flame Tree Barbecue. Love sitting in one of the pavillions in the verdent seating area on a warm day. But if it's cold, I'll substitute Yak and Yeti.

Outside the parks - tough choice. I'll go with Flying Fish, for its playfully elegant atmosphere, or Ohana for its fun kitsch and fine views out into the resort.

My favorites for atmosphere are:

1. Sci-Fi Dine In
2. Whispering Canyon Cafe
3. San Angel Inn
4. Pinocchio Village Haus (watching the boats loading in IASW)

Ooh! That's hard... I think I mostly pick our restaurants for theme/atmosphere more than food mostly anyway!

MK - CRT, of course!

EPCOT - San Angel Inn (World Showcase) & Coral Reef (Future World)

Disney Studios - Sci-Fi

AK - hmmm... Flame Tree

Outside a Park - Chef Mickey's w/ an honorable mention to California Grill... or 'Ohana

Epcot-Coral reef

AK-Yak and Yeti

Studios-Brown derby

MK Tony's

Outside the parks-Shula's.

MK- Liberty Tree Tavern (hear ye, hear ye! The Hicks Table is now available!)

EP- Coral Reef- the Aquarium is so great, been 6 times and have sat by it every time

AK- Yak & Yeti- Love all the DECO!

DHS- The Brown Derby- I feel all Hollywood and Movie Star-esque...

DTD- T-REX- love the rooms!!!!

NON-PARK- I'd like to try the Flying Fish b/c the inside looks so neat!

Columbia Harbour House at MK - Love the decor & music and how it overlooks the walkway and you can see around parts of the park.

SciFi & 50s Prime Time - both are just too cool!!

* CRT - I love going up the staircase... so royal!
* San Angel Inn - it's awesome to be near the ride, the shops, and the ambiance is so romantic!
* Mama Melrose - this reminds me of little family owned places from my hometown and I always have loved it
* California Grill - The view is breathtaking!

MK: CRT
HS: Sci Fi though I wish our food had been better
Epcot: Loved Le Cellier but I also loved the Garden Grill in spite of our food.

Outside of the parks, it's a tie between 'Ohana (breakfast only) and Park Fare (breakfast only).

San Angel and Sci Fi here too..I love the inside of Coral Reef as well but its so loud! Biergarten is nice too the whole German village feel..
