i love going in HMV before going to a football match now its a poundworld

Big Lots. Landlord raised the rent, now has no tenant and nobody wanting to move into that empty space because the rent is too high. That seems to be a common issue here, landlord prefer to get their rate or nothing. Not sure how they stay in business, but they do.
