As an addition to the favorite places in the parks thread, let's do the resorts.

RESORTS:

All Star Movies

All Star Music

All Star Sports

Animal Kingdom Lodge - Jambo
Boma - TS - Wonderful Breakfasts and Dinners
Jiko - Signature TS- Very nice place, great food and service
Mara - CS - A great variety of choices included some soups from Boma and Slushy JungleJuice

Animal Kingdom Lodge - Kidani
Sanaa -TS- We love the bread service and drinks here. Entrees were just not our thing

Art of Animation
Landscape of Flavors - CS- Large variety of choices for a CS meal

Beach Club
Beaches and Cream TS- Great burgers and ice cream to remember. Love the Kitchen Sink
Cape May Cafe - TS - This is a seafood buffet with lots of shrimp and crab but also will please the meat lover.

Boardwalk

Caribbean Beach

Contmporary/Bay Lake Towers

California Grill Signature TS - Nice meals, unusual entrees and a great view of MK fireworks
Contempo Cafe- CS- A nice variety of fresh foods in a pleasant monorail view setting
The Wave - TS- A hidden gem of great food

Coronado Springs

Dolphin

Fort Wilderness

Hoop Dee Doo Revue - TS- This is one of my all time favorite places to eat and enjoy a corny musical show.

Grand Floridian Resort and Spa
Narcoossee's - Signature TS- Wonderful food, well served with a great romantic setting.

Old Key West

Good Food To Go- CS- Nice place to grab a quick bite and enjoy at tables along the water
Olivia's Cafe - TS- Another hidden gem for dinners

Polynesian
'Ohana TS- This use to be a favorite for dinners but the last 2 times service was terrible, food still pretty good
Captain Cook's CS- Dole Whips outside of MK and nice quick bites to eat
Kona Cafe - TS- Well spoken of for Breakfasts and some descent dinners
Kona Island - Strong alcoholic drinks and great sushi at a bar/counter seating area

Pop Century
Everything Pop -CS- Another good place for a variety of meals. Nice ice cream bar with CS credit meals

Port Orleans Resort
Boatwright's - TS- Nice setting for good food
River Roost Lounge TS- Fun lounge with great Piano player Yehaa Bob Jackson. Small menu of snack foods and drinks

Saratoga Springs
Turf Club Bar and Grill - TS- Another hidden gem. Good food in a usually quiet setting

Shades of Green

Swan

Garden Grove Cafe - A great character meal Sun - Thurs with choice of 4 good entrees and soup, salad and dessert bar. Excellent service in a tree'ed setting. Also has seafood on Fri & Sat but we did not try that . Not on Disney Dining but give 20% DVC and TIW

Wilderness Canyon Cafe
Whispering Canyon Cafe- TS - A fun delicious exciting way to have Breakfast in an active environment. Prepare to have a laugh.

Yacht Club
Captain's Grille - Now in the process of renovation but still open in Ariel's between Yacht and Beach Clubs. This was always a place to have nice quiet meal in a formal but Yacht-like setting.

I would add Trail's End to FW. We love breakfast but I have heard dinner is good as well.

Citrico's at GF is our current favorite TS on property. :earsboy:

I would add Trail's End to FW. We love breakfast but I have heard dinner is good as well.

We had dinner there a few years ago and we enjoyed it. Nothing other-worldly but just nice well-prepared comfort food. :)

Beach Club - Cape May Cafe and Beaches and Cream. When we stay at BC, we do both breakfast and dinner at Cape May and we always make time for a dinner at B&C.

Polynesian - Kona Cafe is one of my absolute favorite breakfast spots in WDW.

Grand Floridian - Grand Floridian Cafe and Narcoosees

Fort Wilderness - Hoop Dee Doo Revue! This is a trip must do for us.

Ohana
Whispering Canyon Cafe
1900 PF

Ive stayed at WL and visited a few more times to go to Artist Point. Ive always stayed clear of Whispering Canyon because I am not a fan of BBQ. Should I keep avoiding it, or is there more to it?

There is more to Whispering Canyon than BBQ. Here is a link to the Dinner menu: http://allears.net/dining/menu/whispering-canyon-cafe/dinner

GF - 1900 Park Fare for Breakfast
WL - Whispering Canyon Cafe for Dinner
Poly - O'hana for Dinner
and by far our favorite resort restaurant: Beaches and Cream at BC "A WHOLE CAN?!?!?"

These are the only resorts we've eaten at, or else I'd post more!!

But an honorable mention to breakfast at Kona Cafe at Poly!!

Boatwrights at Riverside was pretty tasty. We also enjoyed the Turf Club at Saratoga Springs. My favorite resort food is the tuna sandwich at Roaring Forks and the Beignets at French Quarter.
