You'll get many different answers...
For example, Le Cellier is popular, and its decent but its a not blow you out of the water if you appreciate a good steak. Le Cellier is about an Outback level steak. If you have eaten at places Like Gibson's, Smith and Wolensky, David Burke's Prime House, Peter Lugers, Ruth Chris, even Morton's, Le Cellier doesn't hold a candle to them. The cheddar cheese soup is very good, but the maniacal lather some work themselves up into over this place amazes me. I'll eat there, but prefer Shula's or Yachtsman.
Mexico's food I've never been impressed with but I'm not sure if there is a better mousemade ambiance anywhere.
Biergarten is ok if you can get past the sauerkraut smell. I've always wondered if that smell is real or piped in like the cookies on Main street.
Chef Des France has great food. It's a french Brassierie, so even picky eaters can find something... although watch the mac and cheese, I found it very bland last time.
Bistro de Paris is outstanding as well but pricey.
I enjoyed the China restaurant, but it really is just expensive takeout food. Its good, but not special.
Rose and Crown has decent food, but might be much for picky eaters. A patio seat is always refreshing.
Morocco I found mediocre. Nothing really blew me away.
Teppan Edo I love, although just like chinese, this is essentially the same quality as Benihana, but pricier. However, its enjoyable.
Coral Reef isn't bad, but again, I compare it Red Lobster quality seafood at a bigger price. However, the aqarium is AWESOME. The one think they do that I like is pre-slit the crab legs, making them easy to eat. That's nice if you are slow at cracking them like me.
In order I would go...
Bistro De Paris
Chefs de France
Teppan Edo
Rose and Crown - Britain
Le Cellier
Coral Reef
Nine Dragons - China
San Angel Inn - Mexico
Morocco
Biergarten - Germany
I have not been to Tokyo Dining, Norway, Tutto Italia (I miss Alfredo's).
