I think the temps are going to be in the mid 70's. Think jackets are in order? Jeans and capris? My kids might want to wear shorts, but it may be too cool. Should be pleasant though.

I will be there next week also!! My friend just called from Disney this afternoon. She said its been warm, and she hasn't even needed a jacket at night. I'm planning on long shorts (to my knee) and light capris. I will probably bring shorts for my boys and a pair of the pants that can zip off the bottom. I'm still planning on bringing a light jacket/sweatshirt for each of us, just in case!!! I can't believe its finally here !!!!

I live in Orlando and I spent most of the day yesterday at Downtown Disney. It was a bit chilly in my opinion. I was wearing jeans and a hoodie and I was still a little cold. My roommate had jeans and a t-shirt and he said he was freezing.

Mind you, we are both true Floridians and I get cold easily :rotfl: During the early afternoon it was gorgeous, perfect weather, a t-shirt and jeans were fine, but it began to get cold around 5pm or so. In the parks it might be a little warmer with all the people and all the walking though. I'm going to Disney on Thursday afternoon and all day on Friday, so I can let you know how the weather was in the parks on both of those days :)

I will also be there next week and was wondering about the weather! :sunny: I was going to ask the question, only pose it to someone from someone who lives in the great white north like me (Minnesota)! It's funny how those of us who are used to cold think 70s is so warm and Floridians think it's cold! :beach: I'm basically going prepared for anything!

I'm wearing capris or crop pants with t-shirt type tops. I'll have a sweater or jacket for evenings. I'm wearing good walking sandals but will also have slip on Nike's if my feet are cold. Seems like I am ALWAYS cold @Fantasmic during Thanksgiving week, so I'll dress a little warmer that evening. I just recommend layers that can be taken on and off depending on what time of day it is. Everyone have a wonderful trip! Look for my lime green Mickeys.

Saturday was warm and a t-shirt and shorts were fine. Yesterday was cool and windy in the am (jeans weather), warm in the afternoon, and pretty cool at night. I had on capris, a t-shirt and by 5pm was wearing a hoodie.

As I'm coming from New England the day after Thanksgiving, I'm wearing a pair of jeans, polo shirt and a fleece coat (as it will be quite chilly up here), and am packing shorts, short sleeved shirts, bathing suit, several pairs of new socks, pj's, and a couple pairs of yoga pants. I never under estimate what the weather will be. Went one year and they had a cold snap. Even for us from NE, it was cold. Saw a family at the TTC one morning freezing, as all they packed was t-shirts and shorts. As soon as they got in to the Magic Kingdom, they made a beeline to the Emporium. The following year it was cool in the morning & evening, but nice during the afternoon.

I recommend bringing a sweatshirt (or fleece jacket/pullover) and a pair of pants. The evenings can get cool. Better safe than sorry.

Well I will let my son wear shorts because his come below or to his knees so he wont be too cold in the evening but my daughter will wear capris. Her shorts are shorter so it is capris or her skirt and leggings outfit

Coming straight from FL this morning, it is now pretty cold for us, our 2nd coldest night here. It's 55 degrees. Days are great. We do have a cold front coming through Wed.- Thurs.. Highs in the low 70's. Pack for nice days, cool nights.

in my experience over visiting many years at this time of year its BEST to select gear you can layer...it can get COLD at night!!! We about froze at Illuminations 2 Thansgivings ago!!! SO go prepared!!!

2 years ago over thanksgiving the weather was warm, so shorts and light jackets in the evening were comfortable. Last year we were there the week after thanksgiving, and it was VERY cool. We wore jeans or jogging pants all week with sweat shirts in the evenings. At the night parade at MK, a sweatshirt was not enough and I remember wishing I had my winter coat. So, my advice is to pack it all and dress in layers. We'll also be there this Thanksgiving! Have fun! Tracey
