What are you looking forward to picking up next time you go?

I want to get a pickle for the christmas tree in Germany (EPCOT), a glass with Tink etched in it (Germany I think), 50 years picture frame and another Photo album, a Tink sleepshirt, a Mickey apron, some more magnets and antennae toppers. (And probably a hundred other little things that I see and *just have to have*) No wonder I have no extra money :)

I really try to limit myself with purchases.

I try to get one "souvenir", one piece of clothing, and one little thing.

For my souvenir, I like to buy one on-ride photo. I LOVE buying from Splash Mountain or the Tower of Terror. I bought one of those nice, 3D frames from Splash Mountain a while back, and I keep a collection to remind me of each trip. :)

For a piece of clothing, I like a T-Shirt or sweatshirt, but sometimes I stray a bit and will buy a bag, or a photo album. Something that doesn't particularly remind of the trip, but just something fun to buy.

And I've started to collect antenna toppers, so I usually try to find one of those I like. :)

It's WAY too tempting with all of the merchandising opportunities, but I really try to limit myself to those three things.
HEY!!! I just saw the baby ticker! CONGRATULATIONS pixiedust:

The one thing I am really looking forward to buying this trip is a Curly Whirly!! Never had one and am dying to compare it to my childhood favorite marathon bar.

Besides a few favorite snacks and pins......

DD (now 8) and I have gotten into a sort of tradition of buying beach towels. They're more expensive than outside the parks, but buying them on our first park day does two things. First, I figure that it's a souvenir we'll actually use at home. Second, it serves as a repeatedly (pool, after baths, etc) visible reminder to DD that yes, mommy DID buy you something and if you want anything else, you need to budget out your own money. :)

I had originally planned on getting a certain pin engraved with the month/year of our visit each time, but we were told they don't do that any more, so if I want something that I/we can keep forever (and believe me, those towels don't last forever.....), I have to come up with something else. Hopefully something small. lol

I collect magnets so I'd love a 2006 wdw magnet. I also can't wait to get a picture of DH and I in front of the castle. Other than that, I save my money for the Premium Outlet mall :teeth:

I want the Walt and Mickey cross stitch kit they sell at the art stores. Got the happiest celebration on earth last trip.

Wow--that's a toughie to narrow down--
I will most def get some pins. My grandpop is a woodworker and he crafted the most beautiful sassafras partioned display case for our pin collection (the grain of that particular wood is so striking)--luckily it is not filled up yet :)

I also love the cookies that the candy shop on main street has--very yummy.

And probably a canvas bag and a hoodie.

Umm, I'm sure that list will expand, but I will depserately try to control myself

I read a thread about the pick a pearl in epcot, so I want to do that

Other things too, like a shirt etc., I have a horrible habit of collecting shot glasses and when I went to MK on a day trip I only found one at the glass shop in the castle. Does anyone know where to find these?

Someone said the monopoly game from Disney...personnally - not worth the money!

THis year, I want:

-antenna toppers
-2 or 3 xmas ornaments for my disney tree!
-My 2006 scrapbook with all my stickers!
-chocolate bars from around the world at Epcot
-my anniversary gift from hubby: a pearl in Japan mounted on a ring (I hope!)

and of course, we'll buy gifts for our DD and our godchild.

Boy...i'm counting how much $$... almost $150 already, excluding my ring of course cause I have no clue how much will cost!

Someone here got a BEAUTIFUL rendition of the Castle. It had a light in it that actually changed the Castle different colors. I WANT THAT!!!!! I really hope I can find it.

Other than that, I would like to get some TOT stuff and maybe some EE stuff. I have Splash Mountain Sorry (got it for Christmas for DS and LOVE it) and HM Clue (LOVE IT), so maybe I'll look for more games. They remind us of Disney when we're not there!!

ETA: The wonderful person who shared the picture of her Castle with the DIS was Blondie!

Anyone hear that WDW is rolling out a lottery game soon? You can win Disney bucks to use to pay off your massive hotel bill when you check out. I'm picking up a lottery ticket!

Might purchase a Guest of Honor Name badge for DD too.....

Will need to buy a new lanyard for more pins.....

Mainly the "Pick a Pearl". DH and I will be celebrating our 24th Anniversary (or as we often say "our 25th a year early") and he's already promised me that I can pick a pearl and then he'll get it set in a ring for our Anniversary.
I'm also looking forward to getting another Larry Dotson print at the F&G festival. He was there in December for a few weeks, and I saw a beautiful new print he's done, but I couldn't justify buying it for myself so close to Christmas. So this time I will!

I would like to get:

a pearl from Japan
some new pins
something Tink
cool glass

I'll be looking for a new fannypack, more pins, maybe an Xmas ornament, and a T-shirt.

Well, here is my wish list, but I don't know that I'll get *everything* on it!

* another pearl or maybe two (for earrings) from Japan
* more Mickey ears earrings (I have one lone pair in pink. They are very small, dangle-y things and the Mickey appearance is subtle, so I wear them with everything. Now I just need a few more colors!)
* if my dd still wants it, I will absolutely get the Princess Castle playset. She asked for it very sweetly last time and I said "no", although she diplomatically pointed out that I could play with it too (she is six) princess:
*Laila perfume from Norway
*Mickey kitchen utensils (like the big spoon, spatula, etc...with the Mickey hand on the end)
*a little miniature of the Eiffel tower from France (just because...and I'd put it on my computer desk to remind me of Epcot) :thumbsup2

I am hoping to pick out a pearl at Japan and buy some perfume at France. And of course stock up on any new antennae toppers they may have added since my last trip. :)
