What Are You Hoping to Get for Christmas?

I don't really want much of anything for Christmas, but I would absolutely love a kindle. My boyfriend just spent the evening asking me a ton of questions about it, so I really hope i'm getting one!

I am hoping that the jewlery armoire that my DH and I ordered for my present will come for Christmas! If not, it will be slim pickins under the tree for me this year .

A Job but since I have to be realistic a new hair straightener as mine died a few days ago and I can not live with out one. I dropped some hints to my mom and even pointed one out to her at Target the other day.

I would love a girls trip to disneyland... But that isn't gonna happen. I already got my big present a couple of months ago, a new sewing machine. I am hoping for the Nicky Minaj cd. Love her!

Mine's a bit odd. But I'd love to get a couple of those buffet type tables. I scrapbook and I never have enough room. These would be ideal!!! It's one of those things that I know I need but would probably never buy myself.

For me, nothing. My hope for Christmas is that my wife and kids like the gifts I got for them. We bought the kids lots of craft type gifts - a soldering kit, a kit to make an iPod charger in an Altoids tin, and another one to make origami nightlights. We also bought one a calligraphy pen set. We bought several books on projects as well - carving books, a book for making mini weapons of mass destruction, and another book on science related projects. I wanted them to have lots of stuff to be creative with.

I don't have any "wants" I don't collect anything and I don't really need anything. I got my dh a Kindle- I can't wait to see the look on his face when he opens it!!! He's so hard to buy for, but this year I nailed it! My son is getting a new (to him) Mac- my daughter is getting a new **edited- she's an occasional dis'ser** Anyway, she will be happy! Got my Mom a cart for her firewood from LLBean...... she has bursitis and she can't carry the wood anymore without pain.

Well, I have dropped big hints (and we even went and looked) to DH about a battery powered leaf blower that uses the same batteries as my weed whacker. Note, DH works out of town a lot, so I do all the yardwork (I prefer it to housework actually) and I can't ever start his gas blower, so I want one of my own, just to be able to blow the grass & stuff off the driveway. Anyway, I digress. Then I got on the Kindle v. Nook hunt and drove him crazy with questions and research and ultimately decided on the Nook. He sends me an email last week and told me not to buy anything, Christmas is coming. I knew I'd hinted enough about the Nook so I'm pretty certain that's going to be under the tree, but I sure hope I've been good enough that "Santa" hasn't forgotten about my leaf blower....although as I sit here looking at the snow covered ground, I won't need it for a while, so maybe the Easter Bunny will come through

I am really hoping to find a Nook under my tree...after months of researching and debating Nook V Kindle my husband said if I wanted any I really needed to make a decision so I'm hoping that's what he went with. I never ask for anything big like that so I'm really hopeful. Both my daughters are away at school now so I just might actually have time to read a book!!! Hoping I made the right product choice(I am soooo indecisive!!!)
