FINALLY GOT THROUGH.....went through the whole menu and then it went BUSY??????????????????? HUH????????????????????????????????????

Got through on the 407# (on my cell) at 9:45, spent 20 minutes on hold, but was able to make my ressie for:
1BR MKV @BLT for Dec 26-30th!!!
I kept hitting redial on my landline for the 800# (my cell drops calls like crazy), and the entire time I got busy signals or 'the circuits are busy' message.

Got a treehouse for next year's marathon....Jan 7-12.

Phone rang for a bit, then got one prompt...answered that prompt...rang some more, got another prompt....got hold music for about 20 minutes. All said and done about 25-30 minutes after I got ringing and something other than "member services is closed" kind of message.

WOW........FINALLY THROUGH!!!!!! I am on hold. The current wait time is 25 minutes. THANKFULLY I AM THROUGH!!!!!!!!!! It only took two hours and 4 mintues of redialilng.

Then, about 22 minutes of waiting.
Then I got my reservation for Jan 3 - 8, 2010 for THVs!

FINALLY done!!!!! The CM I spoke to seemed REALLY spent already. And it's only 11:40am! She said the phone lines have been OFF THE HOOK this morning.

I was able to book a MK View Studio for 12/22-12/27 and a Lake View Studio for 12/28-1/2.

Lion Queen - I was told I could only book 7 nights and have to call tomorrow for the 8th night. How did you get 10 nights?

I think my CM may have been mistaken. Now r\that I read the posts it seems like many people are getting more than 7 nights.
