What are they building?

I just got back yesterday from a week at WDW and I have a question someone here might be able to answer.

I could see at least 3 large cranes directly to the west of the Poly - MK area. What are they building there? I know a little about construction equipment and they appeared to be medium load, high lift cranes so they must be building something big.

Also there is a building in Tomorrow land that has a waterfall in front of it. It appears to be unused now (accept for nesting birds!). What used to be in this building? Does anyone know of any future plans for this empty building?

The 3 large cranes in the MK-Poly area are actually construction on the Shades of Green Resort.

In addition, I think the building you are referring to is the former Skyway station in Tomorrowland.

That's the construction for the expansion of Shades of Green, which is the resort the US Military owns.

I'm guessing the building you are referring to is the Tomorrowland terminus of the Skyway.
