What are the price of dues?

I am trying to do some math to possibly do an add-on. We are looking at BWV, but am curious about BCV too. I tried searching, but didn't seem to find what I was looking for. Thanks in advance.

That chart of dues is interesting - what is the difference between VB and VB(sub)? I have owned at VB since 1996, so you would think I'd know what my own dues are! What's what makes this a stupid question!

Early buyers at VB (you should be one of those with a 1996 purchase) had their dues subsidized by the developer (DVD) based on the anticipated growth of the resort across the highway from the present buildings. That subsidy was to be gradually reduced as more buildings were added to pay for the resort infrastructure. When DVD decided to scrap additional construction, subsequent buyers did not have the subsidy in their contracts and have the higher dues noted.

My understanding is that resale purchases of those subsidized contracts will still retain that benefit, but I've never seen anything official from DVC regarding that.

Thanks a lot for that information - that is really good to know because I have always heard people complaining about the high dues at VB, and was even thinking about selling my VB points and buying at a diff. resort, but according to this chart, my VB dues are not bad in comparison to other resorts.
