What are the perks for Disney employees?

I was just curious to know what kinds of fun things are offered to Disney employees? Part time and full time.

I actually asked a college girl working in a quick service restaurant in HS this exact question last month. She replied: "free park tickets for her & family/friends, and discounted room rates, and discounted meals" (some restaurants she eats for free). She said the pay is like minimum wage and the hours are long, but she likes it and they have good benefits. And they are always asking anyone to vlounteer for overtime hours.
