What are the options for 3 adults in one room?

We are 3 ladies travelling together for 5 nights to WDW. What are the resort options for 3 adults who don't want to sleep in the same bed?

how about just getting one room and bring an air mattress (with the sheets, pillows and stuff for it)

Most of the deluxe resorts have 2 queen beds and a daybed. One each in bed and one on daybed.

With the deluxes, it would be a fight every night over who has to sleep in the day bed, LOL! Honostly, I've read that they are actually quite adequate for an adult.

but again who ever gets this thing will feel cheated - especially if everyone is paying the same amount of money.

besides I think Disney wants only children on it - no one over 16 years????

there is only one restroom - with 3 ladies traveling together - I think 2 rooms at a value resort might be a little better option.

disney sometimes saves the trundle beds for families of 5 at POR.

Three of us did a 'girls-only' trip last May ~ We stayed in a Deluxe room at the BWI and it was a great choice 2 Queen beds and a sitting area with a nice large pull-out sofa (very comfortable). The room was so nice and large plus it was BW view and club level so we had the food offerings in the lounge.

Yacht and Beach also have the deluxe rooms (YC calls them a Jr Suite) but the BWI has more (10 I think) so it may be easier to book one there.

For what it's worth, I've slept on the daybeds many times at the deluxe resorts, and they are very comfortable (if you're used to a daybed at home, or a twin, it's virtually the same). It's not like a sofa bed. I've also slept on the bottom of a set of bunk beds at WL, and it was comfortable enough so long as I took care not to whack my head getting in and out of the bed.

If it were me, I would probably either get two value rooms, or a All Star Family Suite. Granted, with the Family Suite two of the people would be on pullout beds, but they have the more comfortable type there, without that annoying back bar. You have two bathrooms, to make getting ready go faster, a sitting area for when you just want to hang out, and a kitchenette for snacking. If you get two value rooms, everyone gets a regular bed and you still get the two bathrooms, but you may not have connecting or even adjoining rooms, which could get old after a while. You also wouldn't have the kitchenette for snacking.

Space wise, you could put three comfortably in any of the deluxe rooms that have three separate beds, but you lose the extra bathroom. Considering that you will be paying more for a deluxe than the family suite, I think the suite is the better choice.

Of course, it really boils down to which resort appeals to you and your friends the most, and how much time you'll be spending there.
