What are the MUST DO Sea World and Busch Garden activities?

We are going down over Christmas and we will be doing these 2 parks somewhere between Dec 26-29. Any help about what not to miss would be appreciated! I know the crowds will be huge so we will need to have a plan and a focus.

Sheikra at Busch gardens for sure! (Unless you're afraid of heights) It's fun. But I don't know exactly what I would suggest for Sea World.

Feeding the dolphins at Seaworld. Also their dolphin show which is called Blue Horizons. If you look back through this thread you will find the same question about Seaworld with lots of answers. Can't help you with Busch as I've never been there.
