What are the 'Hide and go treat trails" on the TOT map?

I have been looking at the map for the party and I simply do not know enough about the event!! Can anyone explain some of the activities? TIA!

The hide and go treat trails are just the places where they have candy stations set up for trick or treating.

They also have dance parties in different areas of the park with a DJ and characters dancing. There are stations to make crafts, places for character meet and greets and some fun games for little kids (bean bag toss, etc.). Many of the rides are also open.
I love just people watching and seeing the amazing costumes!

The trails are actually areas where there are several candy stations all set up one after another. You and the other guests work from station to station one way through the area.

Oh I didn't know about the crafts. I was disappointed we didn't get handed the map at the entrance, so we were flying blind half the night until I saw someone with one, but by the time I got one it was nearly time to go home

Thank you! I am thinking we will go for mickey, then back track past Grizzly River and get to Paradise Pier that way for the Pixar guys. My son HATES pirates so he won't miss them if we don't get all the way around. It's also our last night so I'm sure we'll have been on the rides by then.

Thanks for the link with the map. Question for anyone who knows... Can you walk straight back to Paradise Pier from Sunshine Plaza, between Bugs Life and Golden State? It seems like the last time we were there that walkway was closed and you had to go around Grizzly River Run, the long way, to get back to Paradise Pier.
