What are the hard to get fast passes now?

Okay, so it's only been a year since our last trip, but some things have changed and I was wondering what fast passes to go for first tomorrow morning.

Frozen Ever After - super hard to get?
Soarin' - harder now with the new video?
Cinderella and Elena - she's new in MK and Anna and Elsa are gone

Our top must-dos are:
Mine Train
Frozen
Soarin'
Toy Story
Star Tours
Elena
Enchanted Tales with Belle

Any thoughts on what I should try for first?

MK: Mine Train, ETWB and Elena
Epcot: FEA (because of the tiers Im pretty sure you can't do both Soarin and FEA)
HS: Toy Story and Star Tours.

Sdmt and Frozen are the hardest.

Soarin has never been hard to get. Everything else on your list you should be fine with
