Going labor day weekend. So I would expect I need to go from Riviera to International Gateway around 9:45ish.

Probably, because they’re currently showing running hours until 1030 with Epcot closing at 9. But, obviously you would want to check day of, and worst case scenario you can get a Lyft back to your hotel.
