I think I've seen this posted also. I don't know if it's for all the resort levels, but I know it's at the deluxe level. Also, on the post I saw I think it referenced only to Oct. and Nov. dates and I don't know when this BB expires. I sure would like to know though! We are heading to Orlando for a family visit on Dec. 6th and if there's a good BB for our planned trip in Dec. 2010 you can bet I'll be staying one night at Disney. I already have a room reserved at All-Star Sports "just in case" I need to book the BB. Our plans aren't to do anything Disney related (hush...I know this is a Dis board!) but that can all be swayed if I can save $1000 on our next trip!

I got back from the Poly last week and never received a BB offer..I don't know if they just randomly choose people, or they didn't have any? I was disappointed. I don't even know when they give them?

When I left CSR on Monday I asked the front desk and they were not aware of any new BB offers since the ones in the fall expired. I will be pretty upset if they were available and was given wrong info.

It seems like nobody at the resort front desks ever knows about BB, what's up with that?

ajpa is right - I've found the best way to check on any BB is to be sure and call extension 8844 daily from your resort room before you check out and ask them what they are offering. I say daily only because you can check one day and zilch, and a BB could start the next. Be aware though, sometimes there just is no BB offer, or one that has BB dates, prices, or resorts you don't want

Here are some of the BB DISers recently reported. No one has posted the latest BB flyer here on the DIS yet though (if there even is one yet) so the details/dates are still just speculation.

I got 40% off rack rate for room and added dining for next Dec. I had already booked Room only so knew what that rate without discounts was... So by getting the discount then adding dining I still came out 85 dollars cheaper!!!!

They didn't have a new deal posted anywhere in the room so I called 8844 from my room. At first she quoted me the deal that ended the 24 of Oct. which would have put me going again in Oct. But I let her know that deal had ended and wanted the next one. I got 40% off my room for AKL with a Savana view and then added dining and a one day ticket. I was booking 7 days so they didn't mention a min . I had previously booked room only and the price was 85 dollars LESS than the room only I had booked. (I did have to cancel my original reservation to add as a package). I have no idea dates the deal ran or other deals out there sorry!

I just checked out yesterday (10/26), and called extension 8844 from our room to see if there was a new bounceback (since the free dining one expired 10/24).

The CM told me they had room-only discounts available for October and November 2010 (sorry they did not give me any more exact dates than that).

I was able to book a theme park view room at the Contemporary for October 21-25, 2010 at 40% off rack rate!!

So be sure to call extension 8844 from your room even if there isn't a flier -- you may get lucky!

Priced out 7 days next November for 2 adults, 2 kids including dining plan at both POFQ and Contemporary. Got prices about $300 cheaper for POFQ and $1000 cheaper for Contemporary than what I had priced out online ahead of time. We booked POFQ.

Still hoping for the 4/3 deal to come along again!

Sorry, they didn't give me any specifics on expiry dates. She did say that the "deal" was good for stays Oct .25 (and here it sounded like she said 2009) until mid-December 2010. So I'm thinking it's an interim BB offer - some percentage off the room but nothing spectacular. Hopefully something else will come up soon that is written down and easier for folks to post on the board!!!!

If you book a bounceback offer, what are the policies concerning changes?

Can you change the date, as long as it's in the time frame of the original offer? Can you change number of guests?

Is the deposit non-refundable?

Would they let you change it to a non-special date (pay the increased amount, but you don't forfeit the deposit)

We would like to book the bounceback, as we are definitely going again next year, but my wife won't have her next year's work schedule until late in the spring.

We are in the same boat for not knowing schedules, etc, so I asked many of the same questions.

The deposit was $200 (I believe that is per room - we only needed one room). We included the trip insurance, so that part is non-refundable. Changes can be made up to 45 days ahead with no penalty, assuming there is availability. So if a better deal comes up, you can ask to switch to that. Changes <45 days out if it is ADDING on to the package can be made with no penalty, otherwise it was $50 per change, and I believe the cancellation charges were $100 for 6-44 days out and $200 for 1-5 days out. I believe this is all the same as the regular package booking online.

We stayed at CSR last week and there was no BB flyer.
Later this month we will be staying at the Beach Club. Will be interesting if we see one there.
Just be sure to call the number while you are still there if you don't have a flyer.

We stayed at CSR 11/5 - 11/9. There was no flyer in the room. I called the front desk, they had no information. I went to the front desk and they searched for a flyer. I called housekeeping....nothing. I asked a mousekeeper and she searched her cart...again nothing.

I knew the number to call as it has been listed on this site and I called. The CM asked if I had a code and I explained that I did not. It took a few minutes, but she was able to help me book a deluxe resort for 40% off. I asked for any details on other categories. She told me that the discounts were roughly 45% off the villas, 40% off deluxe, 35% off moderate and 20% off value with this bounceback offer. I did not ask about the dates for the offer. However, I was able to book the Beach Club for 5 nights early next November at 40% off.

This paid off for me because I was VERY persistent! The staff is not always aware of the offers...

I sure hope this BB offer is offered through Dec. 8th as that is the night that I will be at Disney. I would like to book the Contemporary for next Dec. when we are going to be there for a week. A 40% savings would totally ROCK!
