What are the chances??

What are the chances of getting an earlier PS at Chef Mickey's on this Thursday? We can only get them at 9:00 p.m. which we can manage, but we were planning to see the fireworks after and thought 7:45 to 8:00 p.m. would be better. If we go early, what are the chances?

We have walked up many times after being told by phone there was no ps available. Our wait time at the most was 30 minutes.
We have also walked up and been told there was nothing available . I would make ps then go early and see if they have anything. If not keep the ps you have.
