What are the chances?

Little worried here, since Disney already ROFR'd on a smaller contract from us. What are the chances of Disney actually ROFR on a 100pt AKV contract at $72? Would they let it pass, knowing that they are still selling that resort? Just curious what the disboards all knowing members think... Any help would be grateful! Thanks!

Just looking at the ROFR thread, it looks like you'd be safe, but you never really know until you try. There are no AKV ROFRs on the thread since 2/2010, and others have cleared at $67 and $69 recently.

My personal guess is they're having so much trouble selling AKV they probably won't ROFR. But who knows -- the Rat is a wily beast!

I was under the impression that virtually all ROFRs have ceased with a few rare exceptions, mostly BCV. Is this not true?

There were 2 on 7/14 for VGC & OKW.
