What are the chances - fireworks on the 4th?

So what do you all think? Any chance at all for 4th of July fireworks this year?

judging by the adjustments they have made to park hours for Spring break (with some parks having several hours per day added) I would not be surprised if fireworks are back by summer. I guess only time will tell

Really early to know but I'd give it a 50-50 chance. Not sure if just MK or EPCOT or both. I would think they'd want something going on in at least 2 parks if they do something.

If park attendance is higher, hours will be longer and I wouldn't be surprised to see them start to add evening shows back in.
I would expect they would start with EPCOT or MK, whichever is cheaper. But they may go with EPCOT as you can spread people out much better.

I also think there’s probably a 50-50 chance right now that there will be fireworks by July 4th. I think Epcot would be easiest since they can spread out viewers around World showcase. MK is harder if distancing is still required because of the limited viewing area. I can also see some form or Fantasmic coming back because they can easily close off rows and distance guests in the stadium.

I think the plan is to bring fireworks back sometime this summer. However I don’t believe there will be a Fourth of July show as it will attract to many people.

only in the sense that they seem to be making an attempt to gradually return things to "pre covid normal" Disney isn't stupid they are doing everything they can to increase revenue as soon as they can, even if social distancing is still a factor by summer (and I'm sure it will be) I am fairly certain they are going to work out a way to bring fireworks back by then
