Just asking......

me have.......
pillow case
noise cancelling headphones
book
blanky
toiletries..oh and DH pirate:

Husband( to help control the kids when I am feeling blurgh)
Panadol.

That's probably it. I take a full back pack on, but it has nothing that I really need for the trip in it.

noise cancelling headphones,
my ipod with an audiobook and some sleep-music on it
a bottle of water
eye-mask
inflatable neck pillow

DH and DS are a given :)

Andona

1. Passport
2. Boarding Pass

:rotfl2: No, I'll start my real list

1. Epipens & Zyrtec
2. Lip Balm
3. Change of underwear
4. Trackie pants - comfort (if going economy, not for business as they give you pyjamas)
5. Head Band (my hair becomes an oil slick on a long flight, so need headband to hide it :rotfl: )

Hmmm ....

def need in seat entertainment - I watch films for the entire flight
a blanky cause it gets cold
inflatable pillow to re-emphasise how I can't get comfy
underpants! (cause you all already know I am obsessed with them)
eye mask

although I think I am going to start being interested in drugs to knock me out.

DW
Bose noise cancelling headphones.
Ipod
Water
Chocolate

1. Passport
2. Boarding Pass

:rotfl2: No, I'll start my real list
That's what I was thinking too - and it was my real list ;)

3. Anticipation of what's ahead
4. Relief (that I'm finally getting away)
5. Big smile

Since my odyssey to London and back inside of 4 days (stock Qantas economy), it's never seemed that hard popcorn::

Ummm...

Noise cancelling head phones
Something to keep me entertained
Comfy clothes
Phenergan
My phone (it's loaded with all my songs, some TV shows, movies and lots of games)

Travel pillow
Bottle of water
Book
Mp3 player
Toiletries - toothbrush, moisturiser, brush, lip balm ect

1. Ipod
2. A good book- i bought one at the airport book shop before jumping on the plane, thought didn't read it till the flight back.
3. My laptop- going overI didn't use it, as Delta had a really good selection of movies, but coming back i watched 2-3 as Virgin didn't have the best selection
4. pillow/blanket
5.tioletries- toothbrush/ face wipes

5 boarding passes ( well we are the melbourne5 after all) marked premium economy, business or first!:cool1:

Nothing else matters.

  • iPad/Kindle/Entertainment
  • Noise Cancelling headphones
  • Lip Balm/Hair brush/Hair ties (I always break my one and only hair tie)
  • Panadol/Phenergan
  • Change of Clothes

So maybe my list was cheating cause there is more than 5 things but thats how we Pirates pirate: roll :rotfl:

- nurofen zavance/zyrtec/sleeping pills
- kindle/ipod/tablet
- thongs/slip on shoes
- all confirmation paperwork for the trip
- my camera

oh. and Carlo :)

Having just flown HNL to SYD with Jetstar (only option on FF points), I would now say my only requirement on a long-haul flight is to not be on a "budget" airline for said flight :rolleyes2

Cheers,
Sally :)

- ipod
- camera
- book to read (that isn't too heavy!)
- eye mask/ear plugs
- cuddle buddy (lightweight pillow)
- extra socks/slip on shoes...took my shoes off on my last flight and stepped in someones' red wine they'd spilt on the floor when making a late night dash to the toilet whoops.
- lip balm
- extra luck to have a spare seat next to me...never happens.

thanks for the lists..i never thought to throw in a pair of thongs....a must have from now on......especially for the DH as he wears shoes & socks and I hate him padding around in socks especially to the loo:blush:

re budget airlines, I think I'd just drink to a semi stupor and hope i sleep all the way...but that is how we pirate firemen clowns roll......:firefight:chewy::clown:pirate:

Hmmm - interesting answers!!

1. Camera
2. Toothbrush/toothpaste
3. Good book and selection of magazines
4. Moisturiser/Evian spray
5. Light jumper as it gets cold!!!

I'm interested in your noise cancelling head phones - what is a good brand? And comfortable, of course!! I will need a pair for this trip, I think!

Thanks! :)
