What are some phrases/sayings you would only understand if you lived in your area?

Order a large pie for dinner. That would be a plain cheese pizza. We don’t call it cheese pizza. That would be redundant.

We order bacon egg and cheese salt pepper ketchup with words, but pizza is always a pie (had a plain, margherita and white last night).
