We are thinking of eating mostly quick service on our upcoming trip. We may try Antojitos, but aren't sure yet. We've been looking over menus and think Bread Box and Red Oven look like places we'd enjoy. Any other suggestions for good quick service? We are staying at Sapphire Falls and are open to eating at the resorts, too.

For starters , when you check in be sure to buy their Chocolate Chip Cookies at their food & coffee location in lobby. I have learned they are usually gone when I return from day at the parks.
Also walk out lobby dooor over to the Aventura Falls Resort. It has a really nice food court and Starbucks and amazing selection.
That cool Sushi Bar mini Restaurant also has freshly prepared noodles with steak or chicken breast fired up by a chef in a wok and So good You can ask for combo with both steak & chicken together.I usually get the childrens portion .
And they have a wood fired Pizza Also freshly prepared., very good ! The food court is full of Xmas tree with lights during holidays . The window look to the outside seating area and pool and fire pit. Plus a covered area with some arcade games and water play area , etc.
They all have wonderful outdoor bar areas
The Aventura has an elevator that opens about 5:30 to take you to rooftop view of entire city. They allow guests to just walk around up there but they also have a nice small outdoor bar/ restaurant.
The view is amazing .
I prefer to stay at Sapphire Falls and go to Aventura for food selection !
You will be across street from Cabana Bay and they have a really great selection of food too.
I recommend you do not ignore the notice to check in online day before because those lines can get long. It seems like the notice arrives later in the afternoon the day before Check In .

Agree with @DL1WDW2 about Aventura’s great quick service. Just had a hearty wok bowl last night and it was enormous:

Our other favorites for quick service are:
Thunder Falls at IoA, Cafe La Bamba at Studios, Leaky Cauldron and Todays Cafe for breakfast (both Studios), Red Oven in Citywalk:

Thank you for the pictures! That wok bowl looks delicious! I’m checking out the menus now. Did you get this at the Urban Pantry?

City Walk - Red Oven is one of our favorites. Good pizza and a good deal. We go there at least once per trip. Breadbox is good, too. Hot Dog Hall of Fame and Bend the Bao are okay. Both were a little expensive for what you get.

In the parks, we like Fire Eater's Grill and Doc Sugrue's Kababs in IOA. We've never been in the area at lunch, but people like Green Eggs and Ham for the tater tots meals.

In USF, we usually end up at Fast food Boulevard. We've only been to Today Cafe and Bumblebee Man Tacos once each, but liked them and will go back.

Red Oven & Breadbox in CityWalk are probably the tastiest cheaper/quicker options there.

Thunder Falls & Fast Food Boulevard are my favorite in-park quick service places. Why they put 2 BBQ restaurants (3 Broomsticks & Thunder Falls) essentially adjacent to each other is a mystery to me. Both are tasty, similar menus, 3 Broomsticks has butterbeer & the Harry Potter theme & much longer waits & more crowds.

I actually really like the crepes in Central Park Crepes in Universal Studios. There is an outdoor seating area right by there. We also like the Wellington burgers at Wimpy's. Really off the beaten path. Lots of people don't even know it is there. We especially like going behind the place near the Olive boat and walking around the water area for a break from crowds, fresh breezes, and great views.

i’ve mused the same, it’s much easier to navigate TF & fun to watch the water splash down lol. Three broomsticks has been really noisy at times…as in shrieking kids galore. :headache:Not the vibe I want for a relaxing lunch. All those hard surfaces and high ceilings = echo chamber.

bread box‘s bread isn’t my favorite (a texture/taste thing), prefer blondies for a sandwich but it can be excruciatingly slow, even with mobile order...same at the Simpson food court area. IMO it’s Def wise to eat off peak hours there as, of last Sept/Oct, they still hadn’t upped their mobile order Wait times.
