What are signature permissions and How do I upload a photo?

After 3 years on the boards I m getting enough time to personalize my signature line. Trouble is Im trying to upload the monorail and another pix from photobucket and cant get it to work at the bottom of the page it lists signature permissiona with a no next to uplaods and animation. Why? Is this the problem and if so how do I get this changed. Thanks

From what I understand, you've already uploaded your pictures to photobucket. If so, go to your photobucket album. Underneath each picture in your album, you'll see three links. Copy the bottom link and then come back to the thread you want to post your picture to and paste the link. Then, hit submit reply.
