What are rack rates?

On the mousesaves sight it notes that the Entertainment book offers 50% off the "rack rates" with coupon at the Dolphin/Swan.

Does anyone know what the rack rates are or how I would find out??

The dolphin is filled at the time of our trip, but the Swan has openings at a rate of $162.50 with AARP discount.

Any help would be wonderful!

Rack Rate means full cost. The cost Disney charges without any discounts applied.

No one on this board pays rack rate.
