Anyone have experience with the first week of January as far as it being hard to book a 1 bedroom? This would include New Years 12/29 thru 01/5?

Looking at coming back to DVC and if I have to wait 2 months for ROFR can I get that week when booking in late June?

Any help would be great

The 31st will be almost impossible except for SSR. The rest of those nights will probably be limited to SSR, OKW and AKV.

I think the December dates will be very difficult. Especially when everyone else will be booking at seven months out in May.

Yeah, this is what I was afraid of, if I put in offer now for my resale, it's almost certain we'll be at 6 months before we can do a ressie. I do want SSR though so I'm thinking outside shot.
