What are my chances

I recently had an offer accepted on SSR resale. My family travels every February during President's week. for our 2/10 trip i would need tp book a 1 bedroom during that entire week.
If I am fortunate enough to pass ROFR what are my chances of securing this reservation at SSr or OKW so close? (My closing date is sometime at the end of November so I couldn't make the reservation until then).

I would think your chances are pretty good. Better than 50/50. Good Luck

You should be fine, that is one of the advantages of a large resort like SSR...you can't wait a while to plan your trips and usually still get the unit you want.

I would go with "pretty good" as well. Plus, the 1BR are in the least demand so you should be ok.
