Beach Club Villas - 250 points, Feb use year, $84/point, 33 banked points from 2005, 243 points coming on 2/1/06, seller to pay 2005 maint & dues, buyer to pay closing costs, will be submitted on 8/8/05.
Hilton Head - 225 points, Dec use year, $70/point, 40 points remain for 2004, 225 points coming on 12/1/05, buyer to pay 2005 maint & dues, buyer to pay closing costs, will be submitted on 8/10/05.
I think both of these are in the ballpark --- what are your thoughts for making both of these through ROFR? I checked Beca's thread and feel I have a decent shot. Given that I had a recent ROFR'd contract, I thought I would pay more this time around and try to avoid the letdown.
