What are my chances of getting an ADR while there?

We'd love to have dinner one night at 1900 Park Fare. We're going to WDW in two weeks. I called about three weeks ago and they're all booked up for dinner the whole week. (Well, they did have one 8:20 ADR open but my DS will be fast asleep by then. We need before 7pm.) I've been calling once a week and nothing has opened up. What do you think my chances are of getting an ADR that week when we're there? Maybe someone will be cancelling their reservation that day or the day before?

Has anyone picked up a hard-to-get ADR the week of the ADR?

There is always a chance, sometimes people will cancel at the last minute. We have had to cancel many reservations within hours of the time we are supposed to go. Things always seem to happen, or we just decide we are not hungry. Good luck, I hope it works out for you.

I just got a reservation for V&A at 6pm 10/17 yesterday.

There is always a chance, but have a backup plan, just in case.

I had reservations for 1900 Park Fare for 8:10 p.m on Sept 29th and I called that morning to see if there was anything earlier and I had a choice of a 5:50 and a 6:50 so things do open up. Keep trying and Good Luck!!

Even if you can't get an earlier ADR, go at opening and try for a walk up. They may be able to accomadate you (and if not, there are lots of other restuarants - table service and counter service - on the monorail loop which may be able to).
