What are my chances of getting a studio 5-6 months out at any resort

I just passed ROFR and awaiting closing on a contract at BLT. It came with some banked points that need to be used and we want to go for 5 nights during the first two weeks of December. I know we most likely won't be able to get a reservation at BLT but how hard is it to get a studio at any of the other resorts?

The first week of December is the busiest for DVC. The second week isn't too far behind but the more likely to get something which if anything will likely be SSR or just getting lucky and catching something someone cancelled. Another issue is that you want 5 nights which is going to be more difficult than just a night or two.

Your only hope is SS right now for the first week of Dec. second week may have more availability depending on how long your contract takes to close and you can start using your points. First 2 weeks of Dec is a very busy time for DVC.

If you haven't closed yet and still have to wait on getting into the DVC system after that, even SSR might be gone by then.

Not just SSR - SSR Preferred. Last I looked, unless it changed, even SSR Standard had some holes first week of December.
