What are my chances of 7 months ressie at Aulani for 4/15-4/23?

Hi there!!

We are hoping to get a reservation at Aulani in Choice Season 4/15/16-4/23/16. Has anyone been to Aulani around that time? Do you think it will be difficult to get a Studio or One Bedroom for the week? I want to buy airfare now but then what if Aulani is sold out at 7 months in advance? Just wondering if there is historical info out there! Thank you!!

April is not a high DVC demand month for Aulani. At 7 months out for second half of April 2015, everything at Aulani was open except standard view and hotel rooms and even those were missing only a couple days per week.

I'm glad to hear this since we are going mid-April and already booked our tickets since we are using award points for our family!! Although we planned on having to get an ocean view studio... we have points at IHG too but would much rather be at Aulani!

And if you are going any earlier in April than mid-April, it was also open this year at 7 months out except for standard view and hotel rooms, and the pool view studio was missing a couple days during Easter week, which is the last week of March in 2016.

We booked at 7 months out for this past April 11-18th and was able to book what we wanted got 2 studios one at an IV and the other OV. I do remember standard not available every night. Were hoping to return again in April, but this time around in an IV, even though we enjoyed the OV (which is a PV with some OV) not worth it it unless it was an ocean front view!! IV was beautiful and quiet!
