What are my chances at booking BCV May 18th and 19th of next year?

We are cruising in May of 2017 and want to spend a few nights at BCV beforehand. We own at BLT so what are my chances of booking at the 7 month window?

Chances are decent although it will be newly refurbed and I think that sometimes gives a bump to the interest at a location.
