What are good deals for August

Good Morning,

I am planning on going to Disney in August with my family (four of us). We are planning on camping in Ft. Wilderness and got a rate of $3k for the four of us for 10 days which includes tickets and meal plan. Is this a decent rate?

What type of camp site did you get, or are you inna cabin ?

If you checked which of these are the better deal for you and booked it, you got the best deal. If not you can still do it.

If you are traveling after August 14, keep your ressie, the promotion if they do one should come out in April and you can apply it at that time.

to get the special rate, you have to click on the promotion window first and then select "check availablility". If you skip that first step it gives you the normal rate.

I was curious about this so I went online and checked. The rates given for a premium campsite were cheaper then the AAA discount I was given. I called Disney to see if the online rate could be applied, and they said it would be no problem. I saved $50.00 I kept the same dates and requests for a premium pet loop. I guess it doesn't hurt to ask!
